The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

We do not accept exchanges. You may return the original purchase and reorder the item in the size/color you wish. We will process the refund on your original order, minus the original shipping cost and the restocking fee.

Please review the item descriptions and dimensions before completing your purchase.

All of our furniture is made to order. You may return an item within 7 days of delivery. All shipping fees are paid for by the customer. The refund amount will be minus any shipping costs Christiani Modern Wood Designs incurred getting the package to you. If the value of the package is greater than $100, we suggest that you purchase the insurance to cover any damage that may occur in shipping. Repackage the item to avoid damage. Any damage that is not covered by insurance will be deducted from the refund amount. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items and items that are cancelled after the 24-hour cancellation policy.
